This timeless bypass design has a 3mm deep blue sapphire at the centre with a small sparkly diamond to each side. The substantial shank bears a makers mark of H.S. alongside a lear hallmark for 18ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1967.
The weight is 3.80g.
