This striking piece has a lovely solid feel to it. There is a central sapphire and then alternating smaller diamonds and sapphires surrounding it. The overall setting is 12mm in diameter. The shank bears a sponsor or makers mark of GRB alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1981.
