This simple but very effective ring almost glows in the sunshine, a true feel good item. Carnelian is reputed to improve confidence, courage and motivation, none of which I would turn down, but I just like the ring. The oval stone is 12mm by 9mm with the overall setting being 14mm by 11mm. The patterned shoulders complete the look. The shank bears a sponsor or makers mark of EJ alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Sheffield in 1991.
