If you like to layer up your collection then this is worth considering. Here we have ten 2mm synthetic rubies set into an 18ct white gold band. The shank is stamped 750 indicating 18ct and also has another mark I am as yet unable to identify. This is a pretty little colour pop which would compliment anything it was put next to. Synthetic or lab grown stones have the exact characteristics of earth mined stones, but without the ethical or ecological drawbacks of a natural stone.
