This is absolutely gorgeous. A vibrant pink sapphire of 8mm diameter stands proudly in its setting, flanked by three tiny cognac brown accent diamonds to each shoulder. I can see this appealing to a wide age range.

The size is a UK R (slightly oval) or a US 9, weight is 2.35g and there is a full hallmark indicating 9ct gold and dating to 2012.
