The synthetic or lab grown stone is 8mm by 4mm and has a pair of accent diamonds to each side. The overall size is 8mm at the widest point. Synthetic or lab grown stones have the exact characteristics of earth mined stones, but without the ethical or ecological drawbacks of a natural stone.
