This gorgeous ring is perfect for the more petite finger. The 12mm stone is much prettier in the flesh than the photos might suggest and it’s a big look in a tiny shank. The ring bore the sponsor or makers mark of G&TJ alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1966. However there was a small fault in the band and in having this repaired the hallmark has been partially lost. This does not affect the ring in any way. Synthetic or lab grown stones have the exact characteristics of earth mined stones, but without the ethical or ecological drawbacks of a natural stone.
