This super signet ring has a deep blue synthetic sapphire of 8mm by 6mm. The overall setting is 11mm at the widest point, narrowing via patterned shoulders. The shank has import marks for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham. Synthetic or lab grown stones have the exact characteristics of earth mined stones, but without the ethical or ecological drawbacks of a natural stone.
