There are three vibrant blue sapphires, the largest central stone being 4mm. Separating the sapphires is a diamond of approx 3.5mm. All of this is in buttery yellow 18ct gold. There is plainly some age to the piece, but no specific date mark to narrow it down. The hallmark simply confirms it was assayed as 18ct gold in Birmingham.
The weight is 3.04g.
