This gorgeous design has a central 3mm clear stone surrounded by 8 smaller blue sapphires. The overall setting is 10mm diameter. There is a sponsor or makers mark of N Ltd alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Sheffield in 1971.
