This gorgeous ring is deceptively detailed and so pretty. She has a big pale blue synthetic spinel measuring 11mm x 9mm in a fancy setting that is raised slightly off the finger. The overall size is 15mm x 13mm. There is a full UK hallmark dating to 1973.
The size is a UK O or a US 7 1/4, weight is 4.28g.
