I always have a few of these Albert or T Bars in stock as they are incredible popular. This one stands out with a winning combination of size and pattern. This is a fixed style and does not swivel. It is 39mm long by 4mm in diameter. There are Sheffield hallmarks for 9ct gold, but no specific date mark.
