How gorgeous is this little beauty? Here we have four 6mm by 4mm amethyst stones set at North, East, South and West around a central diamond. The overall setting is 19mm at the widest point. The shank bears a sponsor or makers mark of Mk alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1973.
