This sweet 1970s ring has a central oval opal of 7mm by 5mm, surrounded by a 12 garnet halo, which forms an overall size of 13mm by 10mm. The shank has a sponsor or makers mark of RJ alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1975.
