This simple pendant is known as a cornicello which is a traditional Italian good luck talisman. The name translates from Italian, meaning little horn. This particular example is a plain polished version, being 35mm in length and 8mm at the widest point. There is no hallmark, but it is tested 9ct gold.
The weight is 1.25g.
