I have gained a new appreciation for these cameo rings through the course of the business. There is something very quaint about them and the delicate ladies they portray. I just love the tiny details, she’s so elegant. The overall size is 20mm x 15mm and the shank has the makers mark RBs alongside the hallmark, having been assayed as 9ct gold in London in 1974.
