This striking ring holds a 4mm lab grown ruby with 12 white stones (CZ or similar) in a heart design setting of 12mm diameter. There is also a hidden halo in the setting, visible to the wearer when the ring is at an angle. The shank is stamped 9ct indicating 9ct gold.
