A keeper ring was given in the past as a love symbol, that the giver thought the recipient was a keeper. I think this is a lovely sentiment and they come in many variations to suit most people. This one is 9mm wide and narrows to 3mm at the rear. There is a hallmark for 9ct gold, but no date mark in this instance.
The size is a UK Q or a US 8 1/2, weight is 3.80g.
