This is an absolute beauty, I love it. Here we have an enormous oval citrine stone of 19mm by 15mm which sits 10mm proud of the finger. Simply designed in a double claw prong setting which showcases the stone to perfection. This is a whopper!
The makers mark is not particularly easy to work out, but I believe it is DOE. The hallmark was assayed as 9ct gold in Edinburgh in 1964.
The weight is 7.94g.
