This quality signet ring just gets better the more you look at her. The oval cartouche of 14mm x 12mm has a central diamond and engraving to the top and bottom. Of special note should be the shoulders, aren’t they lovely? There is a full hallmark for Birmingham and 1967.
The size is a UK S or a US 9 1/4, weight is a solid 8.32g.
