I am always looking for padlocks to bring to the shop, and this example is a beauty. Obviously an older item, the engraved front is beautiful and a style I haven’t seen previously. The clasp is fully working and clicks open and closed on applied pressure. This is larger than most, the heart section is 19mm by 17mm, overall including the clasp it is 25mm in length.
The rear did have a hallmark but it is worn with age and no longer legible, but this is 9ct gold. The weight is 4.10g.
I have chains available separately if required.
