What a lovely design this is! At first glance you see a garnet set five point white star, but look closer. Nestled snugly between each point is a heart shaped garnet of 6mm by 5mm. The overall diameter is 19mm. There is a hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 2006.
