Time Period: 1970s
Gem Colour: Red, White
Gemstone: Garnet, Pearl
Material: 9ct Yellow Gold
Stone Shape: Round
UK Ring Size: Q
US Ring Size: 8 1/2
This traditional seven stone ring has three garnets separated by a pair of tiny seed pearls, a very pretty piece. The setting is 6mm wide.
The shank carries a hallmark indicating 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1974. The weight is 2.24g.
In this case one pearl has lost some nacre and the adjoining garnet has a chip, but they can only really be seen under a loupe. The price reflects this.
