This is such a darling. The outer petals caught my eye as she reminds me of a Yorkshire Rose. There is a central diamond surrounded by six sapphires, all nestled within the outer petals. The overall setting extends to 10mm and there is a full UK hallmark dating to 1991.
The size is a UK J 1/2 or a US 5 1/4, weight is 2.57g.

Please note one of the outer gold petals has thinned if you look closely and the ring has also been resized at some point previously.
