I’ve seen a few cameo rings but not like this one. Generally they are set in signet rings, not in this style at all. She’s a noticeable size, the stone is 16mm x 11mm and the carving is delightful. She is stamped for 9ct.
The size is a UK K or a US 5 1/2, weight is 2.85g.
