The reverse has some letters, maybe for the original recipient, which look to be U/I/V. Overall the piece is 57mm x 35mm. It comes in an antique box, which is possibly the original.

The kite portion is 29mm x 19mm by 11mm, and the overall size including the bale is 45mm. There is a full hallmark for sterling silver, having been assayed in Sheffield in 1999.
