This beautiful floral daisy design showcases six natural periwinkle blue sapphires forming the petals of flower, with a central diamond. The overall design is 8mm in diameter. In total there is 0.65ct sapphire and 0.21ctw diamonds, all set in buttery 18ct yellow gold, which is low profile and easy to wear as a daily item.
