This gorgeous ring is so eye catching. The contrast of the milky white opal against the vibrant synthetic rubies with the yellow gold is scrumptious. The opal is 9mm by 7mm and there are 16 small rubies forming a cluster around it. The overall setting size is 17mm by 16mm. There is a full hallmark indicating 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 2004. Synthetic or lab grown stones have the exact characteristics of earth mined stones, but without the ethical or ecological drawbacks of a natural stone.
The weight is 3.21g.
