This super padlock has obviously been well loved by a previous keeper as the engraving fades to the bottom of the heart, which gives it a great vintage look. The hair portion is 18mm by 16mm, with the overall size including the clasp as 24mm. The clasp is fully working, it clicks open and closed under applied pressure, so could be used as a decorative clasp or as a pendant in its’ own right. The reverse has a sponsor or makers mark of S&K, alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1977.
The weight is 3.56g.
