This romantic heart design ring showcases a synthetic pink sapphire of 4mm by 3mm surrounded by a diamond halo and shoulders. The setting is 9mm at the widest point and the shank is hallmarked 9ct gold, having been assayed in Edinburgh, but without a specific date mark.
