Here is a very sweet trilogy ring with a central opal of 5mm flanked by a slightly smaller sapphire of 4mm on each side. Perfect especially for someone with September and October as significant months, as these stones represent the two months. There is a full hallmark dating to 1980.

The size is a UK J 1/2 or a US 5 1/4, weight is 1.92g.
