This ring is so pretty, she’s impossible not to like. There is a central star design with a blue sapphire in a square setting, with a diamond set into each broad shoulder. She is low profile and could be a pinky ring if required. The setting is 6mm wide and there is a full hallmark to 1976.
The size is a UK M 1/2 or a US 6 3/4, weight is 1.96g.
